Analysis:
The prison is the place to enjail and transform the criminals. According to People's Republic of China Public Security Ordinance, the hazard grade of prison is the top level. It is important to ensure the safety of criminals, polices and the whole society. The routine surveillance system mostly applies manual monitor, which requires special working stuff. Moreover, due to the physiological characteristics itself, human beings can't concentrate to the surveillance scene for long time. Additional, it's impossible to assign one person for each scene monitor. In this case, it is much probable to miss the valuable clue. If the vital areas can be monitored uninterruptly for long hour, the uncertain factors, such as prison break, fighting, tracking, etc., can be automatically detected and alerted. It will not only save police human source, but also provide chance to deal with the abnormal cases at the very beginning. In this way, the security dept works more effectively. In the meanwhile, the society peace is greatly maintained.

Solution:
Prison break: the wall of prison/detention house used to be the major warning region. We can set perimeter for the prison wall against the prison breach, the system have automatic alarm and alert the manager when detect motion subject lingering under the wall or cross the pre-set bounds. If it is the convict, must adopt a measure immediately.
Fighting: In the open area of prison, i.e. playground, dining-room, etc., the termers' crowd mostly is the symbol of fighting. The area density detection is used to ensure the safety. To appoint certain detecting area, the system alarms once the density in this area exceed the given setting.
Tracking: There are some entrances in prison for police exclusively. To prevent the tracking, the A/B entrance anti-tracking function is available for auto detection. It gives an alarm in time in case of tracking, to prevent criminal's baleful actions, and ensure the police safety.
